Rachel Campbell is a student affairs professional, educator, and researcher with over seven years of experience supporting youth and families in residential and community-based settings. She brings extensive experience in crisis response — from roommate conflicts to life-threatening emergencies — and is skilled at balancing accountability with care. Her work centers mentorship, student development, and helping young people understand both the impact of their actions and their capacity for growth.
A doctoral student in Adult and Community Education at Ball State University, Rachel researches White women’s experiences of friendship, community, and betrayal. She is passionate about building spaces where people feel safe, seen, and connected, and she brings steadiness, integrity, and a deep commitment to belonging in every community she serves.
In addition to her student affairs work, she is also a designer who uses visual storytelling to support mission-driven organizations.
